ABOUT THE ROLE
As Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the relationship with our customers. You'll be responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring client adoption, satisfaction, and retention across the board, ensuring the successful set-up and kick-off for new clients and paving the way for solid system adoption.

Base Salary Range : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. Plus bonus and commission in line with the Company's Customer Success Policy. This represents the low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
