We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role will allow you to work from anywhere in Florida or Tennessee, while traveling 10-30% to meet with clients in person.
What You'll Do:
Champion Client Success: Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth.
Onboard Seamlessly: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Drive Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Prevent Churn: Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address any issues.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Travel Strategically: Meet with clients in person to strengthen relationships and provide strategic guidance.
Analyze and Optimize: Track key metrics and use data to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Need:
3-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in the hospitality industry.
A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A willingness to travel 10-30% of the time.
