Job Description

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
-Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics, transportation, program management strategies, and continuous improvement/lean principles.
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Fluent with business level communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree


- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience with cross boarder logistics industry background
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

This role focuses on logistics planning and coordination, change management, and seller facing communication. The position will work with Sellers, account managers, central product teams, FC and 3PLs to ensure our program is successful at scale.

Key job responsibilities

The candidate's responsibilities would include:
• Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery. Establish and maintain a robust relationship with key stakeholders within account managers, product and planning teams etc.
• Manage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverables
• Critically assess program objectives to identify blockers, analyze trade-off decisions, and escalate effectively
• Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
• Develop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop metrics to measure program health and readiness.
• Manage and communicate program health effectively
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
• Create and deploy change management policies, processes, and standards
