Customer Service Representative - Insurance Agency
Office location – Saxton, PA
Local, secure, Insurance Agency is seeking an outgoing, client focused and dependable Customer Service Representative in the Saxton area.
Qualifications:
• Previous client-facing customer service experience
• Professional and friendly customer service experience required
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills; Experience with Microsoft OS
• Must be enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, and highly motivated
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal communications
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• High School diploma or GED is required
Responsibilities:
• Input data and process paperwork via written and electronic communications
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Accept payments and answering billing questions
• Issuing certificates of insurance
• Processing mail
• Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, filing, etc.
• Take incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Schedule and Compensation Overview:
• Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Hourly position based on experience
• Individual Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
• 401k with company profit sharing deposits upon eligibly
• Company paid Life and Disability insurance
• Eligible to earn paid time off and holiday pay
