Looking to do super cool work? Are you an outgoing person who loves to push boundaries with your creative ideas? Like to tag team and manage a handful of talented creatives? How about shaping the visual language for client presentations? Can you think innovatively and lead the team to conceptual success? If so, this could be a great role for you.

Our CD of Art will work in partnership with the VP CD of copy to lead the team of 12 creatives on a variety of projects that feature iconic brands like Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Heinz Ketchup (plus allllll of the other condiments), Lunchables, JELL-O and much more! This is a role where you’ll be responsible in leading the team while also creating and nurturing client relationships. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners in business leadership and strategy teams.

As one of the larger clients at Arc, the Kraft Heinz team is down to earth, highly creative and, simply put, fun to be around.

As the Kraft Heinz Commerce AOR, our ideas are showing up everywhere Kraft Heinz is sold. Spoiler alert: it’s a ton of places. Grocery and big box stores, Club and quick-serve restaurants. We’re continuously working on national creative, activations and regional experiences.

Short-list of what you’ll do

• Driving the team to deliver breakthrough work by leading the conception of innovative ideas
• Conceive and execute creative to deliver on the agreed upon strategy
• Co-manage a team of approximately 12 creatives (both CWs and ADs)
• Elevate work through mentorship, critique, and hands-on contributions
• Guide decks into strong presentation narratives through visual storytelling
• Collaborate with other departments for the success of the work and business
• Partner with VP CD-CW to foster ongoing team health and creativity
• Craft and maintain relationships with OMNI and brand clients

Qualifications

• Collaborative spirit
• Don’t take yourself too seriously
• Strong passion for innovative and conceptual thinking
• Comfortable with leading and directing photo and video shoots
• Strong portfolio, shopper or commerce work preferred
• Top-notch communication skills
• Ability to juggle a lot of balls in the air
• Command of visual programs
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $154,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills,
