The Coordinator, Compensation and People Support is part of the Global Compensation, Mobility team within the People Division. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Global Compensation & Mobility and People Support leadership teams. As a key contributor to the People function this role helps drive the successful execution of Compensation and HR programs.

  • Provides administrative support for Global Compensation, Mobility and People Support leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, expense management and coordinating events
  • Assists in the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings including materials, binders, and proof-reading
  • Maintains team policies and procedures documentation, forms, and templates
  • Assist in the delivery of team member communications
  • Prepares and audits various bi-weekly recurring Compensation reports
  • Provides meticulous review of documents and external material
  • Supports new team member onboarding and People recognition programs and events
  • Collaborates with external vendors on respective data inquiries and reports
  • Manages teams’ timekeeping and provides payroll support
  • Support special Compensation and HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and legal requirements
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels

 

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Human Resources or administrative assistant experience
  • Prior analytical or administrative experience in Human Resources, Finance, HRIS, Accounting or related

 

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
  • Skills in performing various mathematical computations
  • Experience with SuccessFactors
