Position Summary:
SnapIT Solutions is hiring a Contract Administrator to support a public utility client in Kansas City, MO. This short-term role will be responsible for reviewing and organizing various agreements and financial documents, ensuring that critical contract data is accurately documented and maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and organize agreements, contracts, confirmations, and financial documents
- Document contract details into a spreadsheet and potentially input them into Endur (system of record)
- Ensure contract records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to obtain or verify information
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience handling legal, financial, or contract documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital systems and spreadsheets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with utility or corporate contract management processes
- Previous experience with Endur or similar systems is a plus

- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Candidates located in or near the Kansas City, MO metro area.
