Our client is a premier independent law firm based in Boston, MA has a career opportunity for Commercial Real Estate Associate or Counsel for their growing Real Estate practice in our Boston, Connecticut or New York office location.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients, including companies, developers, franchisees, and investors, in complex real estate matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and manage transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial properties.
• Advise franchisees on franchise agreements, renewals, transfers, and related matters.
• Handle corporate real estate tasks, including asset acquisitions and general corporate responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team while working independently on client matters.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Substantial expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• Strong background in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
• Experience with franchise matters, including agreement reviews, renewals, and transfers, and corporate tasks.
