Full-Time Client Services Account Manager (Remote)

The Role
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Oversee the implementation and execution of client marketing campaigns post-sale, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, allowing for quick data retrieval and efficient database management.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately and promptly fulfill client requests and execute campaigns.
Address and resolve any client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Strive to achieve high levels of client retention year after year.
Conduct regular reporting calls with clients to present campaign performance data in an easily digestible format.
Keep thorough records of all client interactions in our CRM system (currently ClickUp).
Assist internal teams in communicating strategies for each assigned account, including PPC, SEO, marketing automation, social media, website development, and mass media.
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing account management is required.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (websites, SEO, PPC, social media) and mass media (radio, TV, billboards).
A continuous learner who demonstrates a commitment to high performance in every role.
Strong listening skills, verbal communication, and professional writing ability.
Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate various internet and software platforms.
A general understanding of digital marketing reporting and a passion for analyzing metrics.
Exceptional time management skills.
