If you like to clean houses, this is where you need to be.

We are the largest home cleaning company in Georgia with multiple locations around Atlanta. You're a real employee, paid every Friday, company car, benefits, paid time off, and more. We employ more cleaners than anyone else. That means our people must be happy enough to stay. Right?

We pay more but it goes beyond that. We treat our cleaners better on all levels. Check out our employment page for details we put in writing.

You don't need cleaning experience. We can train anyone to be a great cleaner and a Team Leader. Our paid training will teach you everything about cleaning and running a cleaning team if you apply for Team Leader. As long as you are willing to learn, we will teach you.

We also don't put up with BS. Yup, you read that right. We keep our promises and we expect our people to do the same. No drama. That's for children. We are a professional cleaning company and we need mature people who take pride in their work. If you can do that we can promote you up the ladder to as much as $30/hr.

Team Leaders drive the company car, and manage 1 or 2 Cleaning Partners. You're back to the office no later than 5:00. You get 20 days off a year, paid time off at 6 months, 1 week paid after one year, 2 weeks paid after 2 years, and 3 weeks paid time off after 4 years. Who does all of that? No one, except us.

Team Leader pay
Pay: $700 per week guaranteed - PLUS Tips and Bonuses. $25/hr Cleaning. We do not pay for drive time unless it is over 30 minutes on average between jobs and office.

Cleaning Partner
Pay: $650 per week guaranteed - PLUS Tips and Bonuses. $22/hr Cleaning. Not interested in leading a team? No problem. Start off being a Partner and if you want to move to Team Leader at a later date, that's totally cool too.

Guarantee Pay
In this industry, customers do cancel and reschedule which can result in a short day. We got your back. As long as you are available all week we will cover any pay shortage up to $650 for Cleaning Partner and $700 for Team Leader. NOBODY does that but we do.

If you miss any time during the week then you get paid only what you clean for the week.
