What You’ll Do

• Design and develop detailed civil site layouts using Civil 3D within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and grow the next generation of Civil Designers within our Resource Business Group.
• Own the civil discipline model, ensuring alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Lead the creation and maintenance of civil models, systems, and content for digital delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination.
• Drive excellence in model health, standards, and documentation.
• Contribute to the evolution of our business class digital needs.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in civil design and site development.
• Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience with grading, surveying, drainage design, and tools like Revit and Navisworks.
• Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
