We offer roles at all levels, from assistants to site leaders, where you'll have the chance to develop leadership skills, support children's growth, and be part of a dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities (Varies by Role):

  • Support and lead activities such as arts and crafts, recreation, and enrichment programs.
  • Assist with program setup, cleanup, and daily organization.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Communicate with staff, families, and supervisors regarding children's needs and progress.
  • Provide assistance to children with disabilities, with additional support from specialized staff.
  • Supervise and engage with children during field trips and special events.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Competitive pay based on experience and role
    • Entry level - $17.35 - $21.13/hr
    • Special Education Para - $18.56 - $22.86/hr
    • Site leaders - $25.41 - $28.62/hr
  • Flexible scheduling, with morning, afternoon, and full-day opportunities available.
  • Participate in field trips and special programming on non-school days.
