We’re hiring an experienced Chef de Partie for luxury river cruise ships.

• Start: Immediate | Contract: Seasonal | Location: On board (Europe)What you’ll do

• Prepare and plate breakfast, lunch and dinner to set standards

• Handle mise en place, stock control and inventories (incl. loading days)

• Keep kitchen areas HACCP-compliant and organized

• Work closely with the Executive/Sous Chef and support other tasks when neededWhat we’re looking for

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in 4/5* hotel or cruise

• Solid knowledge of food safety (HACCP)

• Team player, flexible, comfortable living/working on board

• English B1/B2We offer
