Our excellent client seeks a SR CHANGE Manager for 6 month+ W2 contract to work on large complex migration to SAP 3 to SAP S4/HANA project. MUST be able to work on our W2.

Duties:
- Lead the planning and execution of the change management plan for one of the largest and transformative programs
- Multi-year plan to replace existing SAP R3 platform with the SAP S/4HANA platform that will provide a modern event based financial system solution for Corporate Finance, enabling a more streamlined financial reporting process that leverages enhanced reporting and data analytics functionality
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing the change management plan focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching and training, along with resistance management leveraging ADKAR methodologies to prepare, equip, and support employees for change
- Be part of the Change Management Team and report to the Change Management Director Organizational change management experience and have previously led SAP implementations this may be a great opportunity for you
Responsibilities:
- Work with a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute change management (CM) plans
- Work closely with program leadership to ensure alignment on change management approach, Advising on CM standards based on project complexity, and monitoring overall delivery of CM plan in alignment with project timeline and budget
- Lead change assessment, along with conducting stakeholder and business impact assessments; Tailor change management plan (including training and coaching plans) to accommodate the needs of the various impacted stakeholder groups
- Define and measure change success metrics for the Program
- Collaborate with members on communication, training, business process, documentation activities
- Create and implement engagement and communications strategies
- Oversee training needs assessment and development of training plan that addresses each stakeholder groups' needs and ensures all employees know the future state within SAP 4/HANA
- Monitor the progress of change management needs across the program, track and report issues
- Evaluate business readiness; manage go to green business readiness items and lead business readiness GO | No-Go sessions
- Partner with project manager to facilitate lessons learned and retain information centrally
- Advise and coach CFPMO team and Corporate Function business stakeholders or people managers on change management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Identify and provide leadership for change advocates within the stakeholder community
- Regularly review the stakeholder community to assess potential change fatigue
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across Corporate Functions
REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of experience developing and executing change management plans
- Certified in Prosci's change Management program (or equivalent), expertise in change management principles and practices
- Experience with leading change planning for an SAP implementation or upgrade
- Active prior involvement in conducting training needs assessments, and overseeing the design and deployment of training to support change adoption
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Previous experience working within a program management or transformation office
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Experience influencing levels above, below, and equal to position toward common goal
- Proficient experience with Project Management tools including but not limited to: Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and expertise
