About the Role
Purpose: The CAD/BIM Quality Analyst will support the overall quality assurance strategy by
reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and adherence of CAD and BIM work to established
standards. This role involves focusing on QA processes, verifying construction plans, and
utilizing Revit and other tools to ensure that project outputs meet high-quality and compliance
requirements. The Compliance Reviewer will contribute to maintaining high standards and
efficiency, providing both direct and indirect support to internal and external stakeholders to
ensure all deliverables exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Review & Verification: Conduct detailed reviews of CAD and BIM models to
  ensure they comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company
  protocols.
• Construction Documentation: Analyze construction plans and specifications to verify
  correctness and alignment with customer objectives.
• Revit & AutoCAD Utilization: Apply Revit and AutoCAD to review and update BIM
  models, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project requirements.
• Quality Assurance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining QA processes by
  identifying and addressing discrepancies in CAD/BIM outputs.
• Reporting: Document review findings, issues, and resolutions, and communicate them
  effectively with project teams.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to provide feedback and support,
  ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay
  current with industry best practices and advancements in CAD/BIM technology.

Nature & Scope:

• Travel: Limited travel may be required based on project needs.
• Motivation: Self-driven with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in
  CAD/BIM work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience: Basic understanding of CAD/BIM technologies, with practical experience in
  Revit preferred.
• Construction Plans: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and
  specifications.
• Technical Skills: Competency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other 3D drafting
  software is advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and address issues within CAD/BIM models
  and drawings.
• Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team
  members and stakeholders.
