Le Café Louis Vuitton will be under the leadership of General Manager Anthony Puech in collaboration with the brilliant Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bellanca. The team will create unforgettable dining experiences with thoughtfully crafted dishes that embody the elegance and charm of Le Café Louis Vuitton. 

We’re seeking a skilled Butcher with expertise in handling fish, meat, and game to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about the art and precision of butchery and excited to collaborate with renowned chefs, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a butcher in a busy metropolitan restaurant
• Strong communication skills and confidence to communicate needs or ideas to Chefs
• Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and game
• The ability to work cleanly and efficiently while following FIFO and DOH cleaning standards
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
• Basic math skills as it pertains to portioning and waste management
• Full-time availability including AM shifts is preferred
