As a Business Analyst, you will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problems, analysis requirements, and determine solution requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating results, etc.

Requirements

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excels in being able to autonomously manage workstream, with flexibility to adapt to change.
• Proven ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple, complex responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing business process, managing risks, and refining the business practices.
• Experience in developing processes to integrate and harmonize data with varying levels of granularity and transparency.
• Strong BA capabilities and experience.
• Creating business requirements artifacts by distilling users asks into needs.
• Partnering with vendors, users and the development team in writing detailed stories and test scenarios.
• Documenting current and future data flows and dependencies.
• Championing defect free delivery prior to UAT by developing and executing detailed test plans.
• Supporting users in UAT.
• Providing training to other team members and user community.
• Ensuring effective communication between vendors, users, and development team.
• Providing post-production support by working closely with the Application Support Team.
• Identifying key areas that need automation and look for opportunities to further reduce operational overhead.
• Strong data analysis skills .
