We have an immediate need in the Dallas area for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team and fill a full-time Brand Ambassador position. Our approach involves promoting our non-profit partners' messages through interactive, hands-on community outreach events.
The Brand Ambassador should be outgoing and self-driven; they must be driven to win, but know how to have fun and be comfortable engaging consumers in both group and one-on-one settings. The Marketing Brand Ambassador position involves hands-on training with all the following; the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up/displays/merchandise, the execution / presenting our charity partners’ message to the community, and reporting back the results.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Attend in-office meetings in our Dallas office to cover client needs and benchmark goals
Working with other members of the team as well as leadership and management to ensure all duties and responsibilities of the role are understood and completed.
Attending events where you can interact with members of the community to inform and educate them on the non-profit you are aimed at promoting
Conducting presentations to various members of the community and answering any questions they may have regarding the charity.
Use sales techniques to generate community awareness and support, both monetary, in the form of donations, and others.
Setting up continued communication with donors so that they may stay updated on the progress of the program.
Participating in an upbeat, team environment and receiving assistance from other team members when needed while also assisting those that need it as well.
Brand Ambassador / Event Assistant Requirements:
A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
0-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales positions preferred
A resilient attitude and a willingness to learn something new.
A passion for working with people and the ability to publicly speak in front of large and small groups.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
A drive to grow within an organization and be a leader.
