Job Description

We are hiring a Bookkeeper.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Perform multiple bank reconciliations and maintain accurate record-keeping.
* Assist with the month-end close process to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
* Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
* Handle various banking tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience is required.
* Proficient with accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
* Detail-oriented and deadline-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related courses.
* Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
