Bilingual Front Office Medical Assistant | Dallas, TX | Full-Time We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to support our front office operations and deliver exceptional care. This full-time role runs Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and offers a collaborative environment where your skills truly make a difference. What You'll Do + Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth + Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits + Record vital signs, allergies, and medication updates accurately + Maintain and stock exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness + Assist physicians during exams and procedures + Handle patient calls, schedule changes, and prescription requests + Perform administrative tasks: chart prep, filing, faxing, and reception duties What We're Looking For + Certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent experience) + Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required** + Strong organizational and communication skills + Proficiency in medical record management + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
