Search Is Over LLC is currently hiring for an ABA client in and around West Newbury Massachusetts.
As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct therapy services and work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on the individual needs of each client
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior therapy
Qualifications:
-- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
-Must have a high school diploma
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations
