Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: $80,000 per year

We are hiring a board-certified behavior analyst to serve clients diagnosed with autism in our early intervention clinic. Our BCBAs enjoy a small caseload, work life balance, and the opportunity to change the lives of children with autism and their families.
We are an intentionally small clinic, offering only on-site services. No more driving around town :)

What to expect:

• We provide ABA-based instruction to learners on the autism spectrum. We do this in a 1:1 early intervention setting and a 2:1 K-12 educational setting. We are a small nonprofit, founded in 2009. We exist to serve the community, our clients, and our teammates. No hidden agendas, no politics; just really important work with really amazing people.

The bare minimum:

• Current BCBA credential, in good standing with BACB
• Licensed to practice behavior analysis in Arizona (LBA)
• Reliable transportation.
• Available M-F, 7:30 - 4:00.
• Ability to become CPR and First Aid Certified
• Ability to obtain IVP Fingerprint Clearance
