Marie Bette Cafe & Bakery in Charlottesville, VA is looking for baristas to join our team. We are a French/European inspired bakery & cafe, serving specialty pastries, sandwiches, salads, and coffee drinks. Come join a high volume, growing business with a positive, engaging, and team-oriented work culture. We are located on 700 Rose Hill Drive in Charlottesville.
Currently hiring full-time and part-time positions, experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.

Pay depends on experience but tends to range between $16-$24/hr (includes gratuity).
Early mornings & weekend availability required. Shifts can run 8 hours long.
Schedule is flexible but we aim to make them consistent and predictable.
Looking for individuals who are team oriented, self starters, positive communicators, punctual and detail oriented, with an interest and/or passion for food, coffee or the restaurant industry as a whole.
Staff will be expected to be on time, efficient, clean, and engaging while maintaining our quality standards and service expectations.
