Position : Civil Litigation Attorney
Location : Hybrid - Walnut Creek or San Francisco, CA
Salary : Based on Experience, $120,000 - $185,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility with time split between remote work and our offices in Walnut Creek or San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
* Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
* Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as required.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to civil litigation matters.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with demonstrated proficiency in handling cases independently.
* Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
