Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Software Developer to join our team in developing and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models, integrating them into scalable applications, and working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

The candidate will work with our projects, functions, data scientists, and data engineers, to translate business goals into actionable product requirements, ensuring AI solutions meet customer needs and provide value.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to define and refine AI-driven solutions.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others.
  • Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI/ML integration into enterprise applications.
  • Work with large-scale datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
  • Deploy AI models using cloud-based platforms such as Azure AI/ML,.
  • Continuously monitor and improve deployed models for performance and business impact.
  • Ensure AI/ML solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
  • Strong python programming skills.
  • Knowledge of TensorFlow, SciKit, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, PySpark and Keras.
  • Advanced level Azure Cloud,  Azure AI stack experience, Azure Foundry AI and Azure Cognitive
  • Knowledge of Azure libraries to support AI/ML
  • Experience in Azure Databricks, PowerBI or visualization platforms
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for managing the AI lifecycle.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.
  • Strategizing and defining the product vision for AI-driven initiatives.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and updates.
  • Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Level 1

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.

Level 2

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure AI/ML/Azure Foundry AI).
  • Proficiency in big data processing technologies such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Kafka.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, SciKit, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, PySpark and Keras.
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for AI model deployment, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with data engineering, ETL pipelines, and SQL/NoSQL  databases .
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with large-scale AI deployments.
  • Strong analytical , problem-solving, and communication skills.
