PART-TIME POSITION ACCOUNTING CLERK AVAILABLE-MON-FRI 8AM-NOON
Job Duties:
- Morning collection of funds received from parts/service/finance from Chevy, Mazda, and Subaru to create a daily deposit.
- Posting bank statements, including credit cards, insurance checks for body repair, and 3rd party payments.
- Daily review of open items on cash schedules.
- Receipting/balancing deposits, electronic scanning of checks, direct to bank.
- Review and distribution of completed repairs daily to individual departments for follow-up on warranty/extended warranty submission and collection by those individuals.
- Assisting with scanning documents as needed.
- Petty cash reconciliation and replenishment.
Required Skill Set:
- Good with numbers-ability to balance figures
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Reliable
