Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. We start 14/15 year olds at 6.50 per hour per the Federal Training Wage Rate. You will get moved to 7.25 per hour at 90 days, or as soon as you have completed your initial training. Whichever comes first. Train hard and fast and you can get moved up very quick. You will remain at 7.25 most likely until you turn 16, where you could get a raise most likely up to 9-10+ per hour.
PRO- TIP: We put a requirement on here that you do a video. If the video is not done, we will automatically reject the application.
